With a large operation and 500+ trailers in use, we had to aggressively market to multiple buyer profiles—strategic buyers in adjacent industries, operators in similar verticals, and qualified entrepreneurs—then filter hard for the ones who could actually handle the scale.

The Strategy

This was a big one. With 500+ trailers in active use, we couldn’t rely on one buyer type. We built a campaign that reached strategic acquirers and motivated owner-operators, created consistent lead flow, and then narrowed to the handful of buyers with the capacity to take it on.

The Result

We secured a qualified buyer and supported them through the financing process.
